Your conscious mental state is determined solely by your every day decisions, and your unconscious mental state is determined by your decisions overall throughout life and existence. If you are not in control, you will not get a good night of sleep, and you will feel like you cannot be comfortable in any way. If you are in control, it will manifest in comfortable sleep, and relaxed, comfortable life. Thinking about this fact can be electrifying for some. Uncomfortably boring and silly for others. But make no mistake, this article is based on the facts. Even read any somewhat technical three dollar hypnosis book from decades ago, and you will understand, this is what a good night of sleep comes down to: Controlling your own mind at a very base level and working up from there.

So, I hope this was a fascinating article, I put much research into it. For even the "experts" say that sleep is even more than rest and rejuvenation. It actually for some people gives the brain more chance to be active than in conscious waking life. In fact, why do you think some researchers let Magnetic Resonance Imaging patients go to sleep while getting scanned in the scanning machines when doing a brain scan. Because,the brain is even more active in most normal people while asleep than during waking hours. Indeed, waking mental states can be less "fluid" than dreaming states as shown by these same researchers.
