The Secret to a Longer Life is Not in Antioxidants, But in Less Calorie Intake

There is a scientist from theHydroSlimBiochemical dept. at Leicester University (UK) that has just published a book based in all the latest science findings, such as cloning, cancer, genetics, etc. This book has created a lot of buzz in the scientist world, because this book is going to be a summary of the latest trends and the future and coming findings and discoveries in the world of medicine, health, etc...

One of the chapters of his book is about dieting, calories, and the latest findings about how to live a longer life, and how to eat correctly in order to extend our life without any extra food, such as supplements, antioxidants, soya beans or whatever ecological food or drink such as noni juice or whatever other exotic fruit we might have heard is good for a longer life.

The main secret to a longer life is just eating less calories. No other supplement or food we can eat will be more positive in the long run if we want to live a longer life. All we need to do is calculate the overall calories intake we eat every day, and we have to reduce it at least a 30%. Let's say we eat 3,000 calories every day. 30% of 3,000 is 900, so our goal is to eat 2,100 calories a day. Just by doing that, we will change our body metabolism in a way that our health will be dramatically improved, and we will start losing whatever extra weight we might have (even if we have not realized we do have some extra weight).

But in the long run, the most positive effect of this reduction in calorie intake will be a longer (and much much healthier) life.

Obviously, it looks very promising, but in real life, things look very different, and it is not easy to adapt to a healthy diet if we have not idea about how to do it.
