If you feel tired and have difficulty in breathing then stop. You can be slow and compensate in turn by longer durations of exercises. Stay comfortable as a beginner and choose your level of intensity.If you do not exercise the right way or develop habits that do more harm than good, then you should identify them and correct them. Bad exercises are a deterrent to your progress and can harm you adversely in some cases. The key is to recognize these bad habits and start avoiding them. Here are some bad exercise habits that you should be cautious of and stay away from.

Beginning your workout session without any food in your system is an absolutely impractical decision. If you begin your exercise regime on an empty stomach, you're inviting health troubles for yourself. Your blood sugar levels dip to an absolute low, disrupting your workout schedule. With low energy levels and hunger pangs, you wouldn't be able to work out much. In fact, after your exercise, you'd overeat and hamper the benefits of exercise. It is thus advisable to have 5 properly spaced out meals and a fruit juice before your workout to give you a boost.


Including a workout regime in your busy life is in itself a daunting task. However, you mustn't forgo warm-up exercises as they prepare your body for the workout. Warm-up exercises are especially important for strength training workout exercises such as boot camp workouts. This is because when you are doing rigorous exercises; your muscles should be equipped to handle such high intensity workouts. Warm-up exercises comprise of running, stretching, etc and should be done a few minutes before you commence your daily workout regime.
