The term GL, is the abbreviation for Glycemic, also referred to as glycemic index (GI), Panalean Supplement Review  which is an interesting ranking system for carbohydrates based on their effect on blood glucose levels in the first two hours, after meals. Lets talk about carbohydrates for a second, real quick, because this really gets me. A No-Carbohydrate Diet Plan, ever heard that before?

Carbohydrates, basically convert to energy, so if you do not have energy, how do you feel, tired, out of balance, is usually the case. Something to think about, Fad Diet Ads, do not work, they take your money, make empty promises leading to depression, there, I said it, lets move on to something more pro-active and rewarding.

The GL information really got my attention, exactly what I was looking for, at least for starters; again, I was not interested in a diet, I do not have an over-weight problem to deal with, at least that was my thinking at the time. How often in life, do you ever find something out there that works, especially when you can save money, simply based on good advise, all up to you. I will touch on the money thing in a minute.

Here are some starter tips about the GL plan, and what it has to offer: (I did not say diet) Flexibility in your daily food. It does not take the fun out of eating. Food is a social event, and should be fun. Variety of food, a no shock system, since you do not stop eating food. What diets out there do this, you just remove, and replace the bad stuff, such as Saturated fats replaced by Polyunsaturated, and Monounsaturated fats. You do not loose anything, but a bit of excess weight as I found, by accident.
