Capitalize on what others do best to bring outThe Longevity Blueprint an even better outcome for your organization. It is important to make the individuals in the team to know that though they are many, different and unique in abilities and temperament, they are one in terms of working towards a common goal. Failure to let them appreciate their differences will always cause them to view each other as incompetent. You can hear such statements as "How come you cannot interpret finances like me, yet you are a Manager in this company?". That same Finance savvy individual has no clue how we produce such a world class fruit juice in the volumes and quality that leaves the world as our market.

As a leader - take time to see what each person in your team is good at and affirm that. Take time to assess the variety of passions and skill that surround you. The more different people are, the stronger your team.Ponder Points - Think about this - Do you surround yourself with people who think like you avoiding those who challenge your decisions and way of doing things?Affirmation Points - Say this to yourself - I am different and I embrace other people's differences. I thrive when others help me think differently and objectively

It is a known fact that what you concentrate on most of your time is what you get as a result in your life. This is no secret, because your unconscious mind which dictates indirectly most of your attitudes only assimilates what you think of and leads you towards it: It does not know what you want on a conscious level, it only copies what is going on in your mind on a constant basis and tries to apply it. Thus the importance of feeding your unconscious mind with only positive thoughts, and goals you are thinking of from time to time on a conscious level, and making that habit long standing.

You have probably heard a thousand times that the first step in every achievement in life is goal setting, and the way this step should be done, but the problem with goal setting alone is that it is made only at a conscious level, and this is why it does not last. In life, a general rule is that 'Everything that is not done on a repetitive basis never gets anchored, and thus never becomes reality'. To illustrate this point, I will go through many of the habits that you get in your life, and that become part of your daily routine, without you wanting them, but that come into existence because of your repetitive behavior.
