When you experience sudden, uncontrolled, and irregular Arctic Blast Review   contraction on the area of your stomach where your bladder is located, chances are, you are experiencing bladder spasms. Aside from that, all of these beverages can also cause a diuretic effect leading to increased urination.

Another method of preventing these irregular contractions of muscles in the bladder wall would be through exercises. Kegel exercises and pelvic floor exercises can help in strengthening and toning the muscles of your pelvis. Sometimes, the main cause of the irregular spasms on the pelvic muscles would be weak muscles. You need to tone these muscles, especially the muscle sphincter so that the flow of urine would be controlled.
