Thymosin beta 4 acetate powder - This item is strictly for research purposes only in a laboratory setting. Not for human consumption or usage. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide very similar in structure and function to Thymosin Beta-4, which is a natural regenerative protein. Thymosin beta 4 plays a role in the regulation of actin polymerization. It is also involved in cell proliferation, migration, and differentiation. TB-500 has also been shown to enhance tissue repair and protect against injury. Studies have revealed that TB-500 greatly improves the healing and recovery time of muscle, tendon, ligament, joint, and bone injuries. It also reduces inflammation and improves flexibility, especially in connective tissues. TB-500 is sold for research use only. Not for human consumption. This product is not a drug, supplement, food or cosmetic and it may not be misused, sold, labeled or branded as such.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:100-200 Western Blot: 1:100-400 Immunocytochemistry: 1:100-500 (formalin fixed cells) Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-500 (formalin fixed frozen sections) Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-200 (paraffin sections) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
