Losing Weight Without Doing Exercise - Is This Really Possible?

What you want is one where you can learn how to put your calorie intake below your level of calorie expenditure this is the very principle of fat loss. At the same time, you need one that doesn't compromise on your energy levels, or make you lose muscle as well. If you keep these two elements going, you'll have even more strength for your exercise sessions which means you'll lose weight even faster. Very low/no carb diets aren't very good choices you want something that gives you a balanced diet that works in favor of your body, not against it.
