n the corporate world an increase in Unlimited Abundance Review  workload usually means an increase in staffing costs. The constant pursuit of increased profits will tend to cause as long a delay as possible to adding to production costs. The solution to the problem in the corporate world is the same as that for the sole trader. That is to get the work done in the most efficient manner possible. Keep in house that work that can best be done in house and outsource the rest.

Occasionally an increased workload can be absorbed by restructuring, particularly if the increased work involves some new procedures. In either case some re-education may be called for. It is no bad thing to have some time set aside for updating or for learning the latest methods. If you are always ready for improvements you can take change in your stride.

Let's look at goals. They exist, or at least should exist, in both our examples of corporate CEOs and sole traders. My recommendation for setting goals is to use that acronym SMART. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely. Specific. By specific I mean an actual intention. This goal has to be exact. You can't have a goal that says "I want more turnover" or "I want more income". The word "more" doesn't cut it unless you say what you want it for. Is it for a new factory unit? Is it for a new BMW? The goal has to be specific. Measurable. How much will it cost to fulfill that intention? Is it $500,000 is it $50,000?

If you don't have a goal you definitely will. We are talking about bartering as a new form of doing business or as a new way to gain what we need without spending a penny. But do we know exactly what the definition is? According to Wikipedia, Barter is a system of exchange by which goods or services are directly exchanged for other goods or services without using a medium of exchange, such as money. It is usually bilateral, but may be multilateral as well.
