Durability - Little Anne is a very durable CPR manikin and their parts  Total Blackout Protocol Review are replaceable. Anne will last, but their lungs can be a problem to replace. Simulaids' Sani-man is extremely durable, and it's 2 piece construction makes the manikin construction simple. CPR Prompt manikins have been known to break and are, unfortunately, not the most durable on the market.

Cleanliness - Lungs = cleanliness. Little Anne and CPR Prompt both have interior lungs which can lead to bacterial problems and trouble cleaning if the lung bags break. Also the Little Anne has replaceable face piece which makes them more difficult to clean. The Sani-Man lung system acts as both a face barrier and a lung system, making it the cleanest CPR manikin of our trial.

Price - Little Anne - $187, Sani Man - $87, CPR Prompt - $57. These prices are for 1 adult manikin. Price needs to be weighed with durability and cleanliness. As each CPR class will need multiple manikins, it is important to think of the number of manikins that can be purchased for a certain price. Is one Little Anne manikin worth 3 CPR Prompt manikins? A survival kit is just what it sounds like: a kit or duffel bag or pack, a fanny pack, a purse, maybe just a Sucrets tin, but basically what a survival kit comes down to is a container holding items that will help you survive.

This can be anything from surviving a Saturday morning after partying 'till the wee hours, to living through a hurricane. Or, how about a pack with enough gear in it to survive for 3 days after a massive flood like Katrina? I'd be willing to bet my AK-47 that there were a bunch of people stranded on rooftops by the rising water that could have used a couple gallons of safe drinking water.
