So if you are losing weight on a low carb diet, you are losing water weight and muscle tissue. Basically, if you keep going you will end up a skinny weak person who has nothing but fat left.

Sad but true and it may even sound oxymoronic but you can be skinny and fat at the same time. This is not a good combination at all, as it can lead to the same health problems and risks as overweight fat people. You are just depriving your body of muscle, and you can and most likely will get sick.Instead of wasting your time and money on these low carb or fad diets, go to the gym and use some exercises to build muscle and strength. That is the only way to lose fat and keep the fat off for good.
