Negative Side Effects of a Low-Carbohydrate Diet

According to the Archives of Internal Medicine, research found that Detoxil Omega Formula Review participants who practice low-carbohydrate diet lower their blood pressure levels versus those who practice low-fat diet. Make sure that you talk to your dietitian about your plan of going low-carb. Statistically, most doctors recommend 130 grams of healthy carbs per day, but if you are planning to downgrade the amount, be sure that it will not be lower than 70 grams. If you are planning to embark on a low-carb diet be sure that you have enough knowledge of how much your body is design to have in a day. You do not need to completely avoid this essential nutrient on your diet, by choosing the right sources of healthy carbs, you can make your low-carb diet into an enjoyable and sensible diet that will not only promote weight loss but will also uphold overall wellness.

It seems clear that if you are concerned for your health it would be a very good idea to drastically cut back on fizzy drinks. The healthiest alternatives are Water or plain milk. Some other tastier soft drink alternatives to consider are flavoured water, flavoured milk, squash and fruit juices. Go for pure fruit juices if possible and not concentrates.
