When Mark Mardon/The Weather Wizard returns to break Leonard Snart/Captain Cold and James Jesse/The Trickster out of Iron Heights Prison, Barry must stop these rogues from making a horror out of Christmas in Central City. Meanwhile, Iris makes the difficult decision to tell Joe about the son he never knew he had, and Dr. Wells finds himself pressured into joining a unsavory coalition with Zoom.
Believing Flash to be weakened, Weather Wizard returns to break Captain Cold and The Trickster out of Iron Heights Prison to form a triumvirate against him at Christmastime.
Apart the rumination of the characters in this series, and the repetitive digestion of the characters already described in details in smallville, and the repetitive weak plot lines of this series, this episode start with the worst insult to Christianity I ever heard. the story starts on Christmas that is pronounced with the evil character Zoom, and then we see the worst description of Christmas as a holiday that we celebrate to remember what happened 2000 years ago when the Romans killed a child, now what ignorant and illiterate person wrote this script. the bible is supposed to be the most sold book in USA so the writer of this awful script must know who really killed Jesus and literally took the blame for it as it is written in the Holy Scripture that this series keep undermining. this series sends a very negative message specially to the remaining Christians in the Holy land, and to how the movies tell their stories and the severely low level of knowledge of history the writers have, unless they are just trying to make propaganda for a false version of the story. the way this episode starts makes me want to simply change the channel or stop watching this series.
It seems The Flash writers can't help but to raise the stakes more and more with each episode, and also tease us with some of the cool things that will come after the winter's break the show is going to take. This episode was nothing short of amazing, and it was especially because of every actors top notch acting.

We start with Zoom and Wells spending some nice time together, and then we jump to a prison break, Liam McIntyre's Weather Wizard deciding that Mark Hamill's The Trickster and Wentworth Miller's Captain Cold deserved some fresh air for Christmas. His plan? That the three team up to kill The Flash.

It is always nice to see these three actors, and even if the team doesn't fulfill its potential, I think the episode more than delivers in its action and "villain of the week" part. I love Mark Hamill's gleefully acting as The Trickster, even if the hair may be a huge part of my loving the character.

But what makes this episode especial is the moments between characters. Everyone involved in the show has done a great job to make us care about these characters, and here almost every actor has their special moment. And Grant Gustin has grown as an actor during this year and a half since the show started and it shows. You many not cry, but your eyes will brim with tears.

The only downside may be the unnecessary Weather Man-Patty feud.

Pretty awesome. And so much more to come...
