Stopping in a store on occasion to pick up better things to stock your car or bag with is even better because the selection at a store is better than a fast food joint. You can find some good things to eat at a grocery store; like strawberries, blackberries, green peppers, almonds, veggies, meal replacement bars, chicken, fish, 100% whole grain breads and crackers, all-natural peanut butter, organic jelly, hummus, cashews, pistachios, water, apples, oranges, peaches, yellow peppers, bananas, cherries, grapes, blueberries, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, red peppers, celery, beans, all-natural lunch meat, etc.

The same thing goes for eating at work while on the run as you jump from one thing to the next without time for lunch. If this seems to be your normal workday then you need to plan ahead. When you go to the grocery store you need to buy things that are easy and convenient to carry with you where ever you are. Look at the list above, there are plenty of choices to choose from to keep a nice variety during your work week. Most people like to grab a meal replacement bar, meal replacement shake, fruit, vegetable, or some type of nut for their workday that is easy convenient.

All across the world people are choosing poverty food that is so highly processed and ridden with simple sugars it is no wonder so many people today are obese. Change starts with you, so make the change in your life today because you love yourself.
