In addition, certain types of viruses, family heredity, environmental toxins, and adverse reactions to some kinds of drugs can result in these diseases.External factors like poor diet, excessive stress in general lifestyle, alcohol abuse, lack of regular exercise and proper rest, tobacco and other substance abuse increase the risk of contracting autoimmune diseases.
