There are many ways to expand your knowledge, the amount ofRaikov Effect information today is incredible. For just about any area there are books, movies, websites, CDs and of course EzineArticles. All of which are very valuable.However there are a few ways that I have found that really give me new insights and ideas in anything that I study.

When you want to really learn something, the first step to take is to decide that you are the expert. Even though you may not know much about the subject, you soon will. Deciding that you are the expert will accomplish two things. First it will give you the confidence to really learn the subject. It will also drive you to become more expert at what you are learning.You do not have to know everything about the subject to be the expert, it is unlikely that anyone knows everything about any subject. You just have to know more than most people do. If you can tell them something that they didn't know before they will automatically view you as the expert.

Once you become more comfortable in the subject then it is time to give some lectures. When you lecture to people about something it reaffirms your knowledge and also you get new ideas as you speak. Even if you don't have a live audience you can close your eyes and imagine an audience in front of you. Have them ask you different questions, you will learn more from your own answers.

Talk to as many people who are willing to listen to your subject. Invite them to ask questions and don't worry if you don't know all the answers yet. Just tell them that you're not too sure about that but you will find out for them, and then do so. This is a fast way to learn.I have found that writing about the subject will also give me new ideas. There are many times when I have started writing and not really known exactly what I wanted to say. As I write the creative process kicks in and I usually end up writing far more than I had originally intended.
