Take Breaks To Rejuvenate: Throughout your day get up and move your  Subliminal Guru Review body and change positions and locations. Ken Hill turned 60 years old on December 6th, 2007. This is not that amazing in itself (except perhaps for Ken) but what happened next is amazing. Over the next year, before he turned 61, Ken completed 6 marathons, including the prestigious Boston Marathon, and in doing these marathons he beat his personal best in 4 of the 6 and he improved his time by over 30 minutes over the 6 races. This is an amazing feat in itself but considering Ken was 60 years old at the time, a successful husband, father, grandfather and has a successful career in business development for a major global company, it is almost unprecedented! So how did he do it and to what does he credit his success?

The first key to his success is having clearly defined values. In Ken's own words: "Values are things that are important to you, what turns your crank. When your values are aligned with your interests and behaviors you can develop a deep passion in your endeavors. Nothing will get in your way and there is no stopping you!" Ken realized that he values relationships, personal competition, personal improvement, and staying fit and healthy.

Just as you have selected a certain radio station you also each minute, hour, day or year select certain vibrations coming from people and tune into them. So, if you have chosen to listen to a Rock station the Country station signals are still coming at your receiver but you can't hear this music unless you change your dial.
