A Good Way To Stay Motivated And Lose Weight Dance Off Those Extra Pounds

With all the different exercise classesMZF Grouptrending right now it is a great time to try something new to stay motivated and moving in the right direction. And as good as we all know exercising is, it can sometimes be lonely and feel like hard work. We may join a class but can be so focused on getting the best possible workout that sometimes we forget to look up and smile. In this article I want to share some information about a cardio class that is trending right now. It is a great way to lose weight, dance off those extra pounds, and best of all, you will smile and sing along as you reminisce to all the beats from not so long ago.

I am talking about the 2Fly 90's inspired dance classes that are being rolled out across the country by Kristin Sudeikis and Rachel C. Warren. They have inspired me to get off the wheel in search of something different to keep me motivated and moving, while I sing along to all the hip-hop beats of the 90's.Hip Hop is a great cardio exercise and may be just what you need to stay inspired. By incorporating cardio techniques like Hip Hop you may find that you have a new burst of energy for what was beginning to feel like a chore. And by mixing things up you ensure that all your muscles are being used to their maximum potential. So if you are getting tired of your exercise routine, try to incorporate the following types of cardio exercises to keep you inspired and moving.

Hip-hop is fun and energizing, try a class and you will soon be jamming down memory lane and singing along. The new class, called 2Fly that is trending across the country incorporates different types of movements to help you build strength and induce both cardio and aerobic results at the same time. If you can't make it to a class (currently being offered by Crunch Fitness), you should be able to find hip-hop cardio DVD's to do in the comfort of your own home.

These popular classes are available almost everywhere as well as on DVD's. The combination of fast and slow dance movements will work your body in an aerobic routine that is truly beneficial to your body. I took a class and must admit to feeling a little bit frustrated with not know the moves. But like anything else there is a learning curve and once you catch on you will love it. So don't bail after just one lesson, take a few and then decide. I loved it. What a workout!
