High Carb Fat Loss might sound like an oxymoron but don’t be mistaken. This revolutionary approach to weight loss doesn’t mean you’ll be eating french fries and pastries for every meal. However, it does mean that you can get the lean body you want without avoiding carbs or depriving yourself some your favorite pasta dishes. As someone who has a serious love for Italian dishes, hearing this was like a breath of fresh air. But how can I lose weight if I’m still eating carbs?
