Only problem is, its impossible to stay motivated for six months. That's where your goals come in. If you set yourself some goals, they will help to get you from here to your target. Giving you the boost you need and letting you increase your chances of success.Like all goal setting there are a few tips, which can give you the best possible chance of succeeding. Most important your goals need to be SMART. They need to be Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timed.More on that for a moment, let's get back to how you lose weight - consume fewer calories than your body needs. There are two ways to do that - eat fewer calories, or burn more calories or, ideally, do both. So you need a healthy, balanced diet and you need to start exercising more. It is much better for you to set 'process' goals rather than 'target' goals. What do I mean by that? After all, you are only human. Don't worry and certainly don't beat yourself up. Just resolve to learn from the mistake and get yourself back on track. If you stick to your new healthy eating plan and exercise regime you will see results and you will love the new, confident you.
