Keep in mind that triceps are a weaker muscle, and they will get tired quickly.

Leg lifts start on all fours (yes, you will resemble a dog). Lift your leg until it is level with your body. Hold this position for five seconds. Repeat this for a minimum of 3045 seconds.You will need to reorganize your workouts so that you can do this circuit training at least three times in a row. You will need to do this circuit six days a week.
