Powerful Health Weapon Can Increase Your Energy

Fresh Spinach. Spinach is the power green. Compared to ice burg lettuce, romaine, and GRS Ultra Review even arugula spinach is hands down the best option for making great salads. Most "lettuces" are high in water content and low in nutrient content. But not spinach, it is packed with vitamins and minerals: Vitamin K, Vitamin A, folate, zinc fiber and more. Cottage Cheese. Cottage cheese often gets the shaft when it comes to the cheeses but it's the best! Just one cup has 28 grams of protein! That is huge, plus it's low in carbs which helps if you're trying to lean out a bit. Cottage cheese is also a great source of Vitamin B12, Selenium, and Riboflavin (antioxidant). Use it in place of Ricotta, or just mix some of your favorite fruit with it. The point is that pharmaceuticals can help you, but there are other ways to prevent diseases and improve quality of life. This is proper nutrition and a solid healthy lifestyle.

Old Fashioned Steel Oats. All fitness junkies love whole grains. Oatmeal is a wonderful complex carbohydrate. It has a low Glycemic Index which means you're blood sugar won't spike the way it would with a bagel and your body won't hoard fat either. Oats have 5 grams of protein, around 27 grams of good for you carbs and taste great! I even use oatmeal in place of flour when making pizza and breads!

Yogurt. Greek yogurt is the hands down champion but all yogurts (void of added sugars and high fructose corn syrups are good for you). They have natural bacteria that helps to keep your stomach healthy and the intestines moving right along. Plus they have some great protein in them which makes it a good additive in your whey protein shakes. Try 3/4 cup of your favorite yogurt with your shake! It would be easier to change your lifestyle if there are other people who may help you or who can serve as your models or inspiration.
