Heroine's Quest is freeware. If you want to show your support for the development team, you can post a big 'thank you' on the community group, and/or you can get this DLC as a small token to us. You will receive this package with developer's documents and information on the history of Heroine's Quest; several resources that ended up not being in the game; and an old alpha build to play around with, that was used for internal bugtesting. This is for your curiosity and interest; the main game contains everything you need to play, for free.

I bought this because Heroine's Quest is a fantastic game with extremely high production value. Takes you right back to the Sierra days.

Support this developer.. While there are only a few extras offered here, the base game is worth at least the cost of this DLC. Extra content isn't the point of this package, it's to give players like me an opportunity to contribute something to say "Thank you" for a thoroughly entertaining and engrossing game. It's reverse shopping, you get the game first and then pay when you've finished it!. Heroine's Quest is a beautiful, fun, and just enjoyable little RPG that takes me back to my time playing Quest for Glory and King's Quest. I am amazed that the team was dedicated enough to release this for free with such a high quality product.
I'd love to see more from this team :). I mean, Heroine's Quest is the best QFG since QFG (Hero-U is, uh, not great). Actually supporting the developers without having to pay real money or registering anywhere is pretty great.
