It is important to educate yourself and find out what are realistic expectations for the type of method or program you're on and your current status. Weight loss should be a byproduct of a healthy lifestyle. Crash diets do not work because they are not viable in the long term and when you come off the diet, you will gain back the weight. The best solution is to adopt a healthy lifestyle and you will stay lean for life!
