The lining of our intestines contain large amounts of mucoid plaque. This leads to the narrowing of the walls of our intestines leaving a very small hole for nutrients to pass and be absorbed. Mucoid Plaque is poisonous and with the large amount of it being stuck in the interior lining of intestines, some of it is slowly being absorbed by the body. Thus increasing poisonous substances in the body. Our body becomes filled up with many poisonous substances and thus becomes reluctant to diseases.Most of the foods we eat are unnaturally processed, cooked, frozen, canned and preserved food... such types contribute to increase the amount of plaque in the body. These plaques tend to increase the size of our intestines and thus our weight increases too. Colon cleansing is a necessity before we even consider using techniques to help us lose weight. If your house is clean it becomes easy to fight factors that may lead to dirty your house but if you just fight factors that causing dirtiness in your house without cleaning your house first... that's something else.
Many people who are keen to lose weight are asking how many calories should I eat to lose weight. Whilst counting calories may work with some people, there are those who find it tedious to do so. The fact is, it is not necessary to count calories in order for a person to lose weight. Many individuals who have successfully lost weight did not have to list every item they ate just to keep track of the calories. Counting calories can even be detrimental to ones weight loss efforts. Also some people find it daunting to keep track of calories, as this can be very time consuming! This feeling can then lead one to failure in their weight loss efforts altogether.

Avoid asking, "How of asking how many calories should I eat to lose weight?" You should be concerned with, "What kinds of food should I eat?" The answer to this question is easy! You should eat foods that are fresh and as natural as possible. Forget about counting calories and begin to start reading labels instead. Make sure that the food you are putting on your dining table and in your mouth does not contain chemicals, preservatives and other artificial ingredients that can be dangerous to ones health. Moreover, artificial ingredients can also make you fatter because they can interfere with the body's natural processes.
