There are so many food condiments that as become a part Turmaslim Review of our daily meal, making it extremely difficult to do without them, whether they are of benefit to our body system or not. It is however important to have a good knowledge of what your food intake is, because our food intake makes us who we are. This article seeks therefore to shed some light on certain food condiments to avoid and those to look out for especially by people who are a bit over weight.

Although tomatoes is the major ingredient, however ketchup as a level level of sugar content which is not good for anyone especially a slightly over weight person, however because we can hardly do without it, myself inclusive, moderation is the key, it should be used lightly because too much of it is bad for the health. Secondly barbecue sauce is not a good food condiment because it also contains a high sugar content and quite low tomatoes, I consider it worse than ketchup and it's better to avoid it as much as possible.

Thirdly salad dressing as sold by most store brands contains high fructose corn syrup and soybean which is not healthy and even the fat free salad dressing is not an option because it has a high sugar content which is very bad for the body system. First, salsa; Although I have included ketchup initially as been unhealthy how ever salsa has no additional sugar content which makes it super healthy which is why I prefer to recommend salsa instead of ketchup

Secondly, mustard is very good too because it has doesn't have additional sugar content, plus the fact that it contains antioxidants and importantly the yellow mustard contains turmeric which is one of the healthiest anti cancer spices. I think anyone should go for this. Thirdly, hummus. If you are very conscious of what you buy by reading the label please look out for hummus made with pure olive oil not soybean or canola oil.
