Triangle Pose: A very significant posture of the standing asana series, Yoga Quest Review it has two versions. The normal Trikonasana; which employs and strengthen the entire body, and the Revolved Triangle; which is a counter pose of the triangle pose. The revolved pose is very therapeutic for digestive and abdominal problems.Chair Pose: This standing asana is more suitable for intermediate yogis, as it requires strength to achieve balance in this pose. Anatomically it focuses on strengthening the thighs and mastery of this pose leads to healing flat feet. In addition it stimulates the heart and abdominal organs.

Eagle Pose: An advanced standing pose that requires balancing the body on one leg. It stretches the shoulders and strengthens the legs. The hardship of achieving balance in this pose helps to improve the concentration as well.Half Moon Pose: Another advanced Improving balance, concentration and strength. It is especially beneficial for the lower parts of the body such as hips, thighs and lower-back.

Warrior Pose: There are three stages of the warrior pose, each for the level of practice that you require. Warrior I is for beginners and improves the stamina and strength in the yogi. Warrior II is suitable for more intermediate users and Warrior III requires gaining Complete mastery of the first two before being able to practice it. These poses are all very important postures for all types of yoga.

Other standing asanas include: Dolphin pose, Tree pose, Crescent Moon pose, Gate pose and Tree pose. In order to gain maximum benefits from a yoga session, it is important to use a combination of these poses that help to improve balance as well as Enhancement overall wellbeing.Our daily presence wastes all natural, powerful, instinctive energy, life force, from our bodies. Yoga bandhas or the internal energy gates guide this stream of energy (prana) to the deprived regions (to replenish them) from the regions Where prana is blocked up or held back. Bandhas drive the energy towards its focal point from where it is reallocated in a balanced manner to ensure unification and harmony in the body.
