Having a diet food meal rich with vitamins makes you eating in a healthy way, keeps you disease free and makes everyday your day. It is because it's not only enriches our body but also protects. Vitamin A acts as antioxidant which protects our body from free radicals. It makes you live long by controlling your immune system. And for living long, your eyesight must also stay healthy for long, right? Vitamin A does so. It also increases your cell reproduction, bone growth, cell strength, etc. Basically, almost all kinds of vegetables and fruits like carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, lettuce, etc. are rich with vitamin A. Animal liver is another huge source this vitamin which you can add to your diet food meals.

Vitamin C is another well known vitamin which is proven effective in keeping your skin wrinkle free. Vitamin C protects your skin and prevents many complex cardiovascular diseases and it has the ability to cure even cancer. Doctors often consider it to be ideal vitamin for overall health. Most fruits and vegetables which contain this vitamin such as orange, tomato, lemon, guava, papaya and, of course, strawberry can add to your diet with ease. Vitamin D! NO!!! Vitamin E is another free radicals killer, that means, another antioxidant. The most popular theory is that, it prevents aging. True enough, vitamin E also improves the immune system and keeps the blood cells healthy. Spinach, nuts, vegetable oils, tropical fruits are all great source of vitamin E(also known as aging preventive food). Almost all B vitamins,specially, B6 helps in producing antibodies and, thus, helps fighting bacteria and bacterial diseases. It helps the central nervous system run more efficiently. Vitamin B6 is the cure to anemia as it helps the production of red blood cells. So, B6 makes your blood cell work more efficiently and keeps them healthy. Banana, cauliflower, grapes, eggplant, squash are some of the foods rich with this vitamin.

If there is a time when the end of the world as we know it happens, physical labor and exercise will increase, so learning how to stay hydrated will be very important. As some of us know, we can realistically only live for three days without water. The thing we may not think about is that dehydration can happen within hours depending on the circumstances. The circumstances that contribute to the amount of fluids to stay hydrated can be age, sex, height, weight, physical activity, outdoor temperature, humidity or lack thereof, and medical conditions.
