If you feel as if you are eating the right foods, but you are not losing  Meridian Health Protocol Review   weight and you are just feeling fatigued and possible getting sick often, it may be time to look at exactly what you are eating. People may not I realize that what you eat can actually make you sick. It can not only decide what type of body you have, but it can also result in how your body functions on a daily basis.

How many times have you heard the slogan, you are what you eat Several times in most cases and the reason this is beating into your brain is to hope that you catch on to it because it is completely true. If you eat chocolate cake everyday, chances are you will not be fit and trim and you will not have the energy you need everyday and most importantly your internal self will not be as up to par as someone that eats healthy foods.

It is a shame that it is not required by law to learn more about how the human body operates, as millions of people would be able to have healthier lives and in some cases, even save their own life. If you could actually see what happens For example, if you have a few minutes one day look up what your Pancreas does inside the body and what can happen if you continue to eat poorly or drink excessive amounts of alcohol.

It can break down and without a pancreas you cannot survive. Your pancreas along with several other organs inside your body work very hard to process everything you eat each day. When you feed it unhealthy junk foods, it gets confused and frustrated and most importantly it Does not know what to do with all of those junk foods as they are foreign to your organs to try to process.
