Here is a definition of success. Success is when one accomplishes set goals. Another definition with the same foundation: Success is when one accomplishes set goals, using the most effective means and methods, resulting in an optimal outcome. Both goals are good, but lack specificity. So, here is another definition of success. Success is when one accomplishes set goals, using Hypnosis Bootcamp    the most effective means and methods, resulting in optimal results benefiting as many people as possible. In essence, the definition of success will vary and evolve as people grow which also means it will vary from person to person.

The goal is not to give you specific tips on how to create your own definition of success. If so, one might inadvertently provide a working definition for you and again, the objective is to define success for yourself. Listen, it is understandable that life influencers (family, friends and society at large) have shaped the perception of a person's definition of success. You know, go to school, graduate from high school, go to college, finish college, get a job, get married, and then of course have kids. If you go in the order mention you are a TRUE and absolute representation of a successful individual-right?

Please don't buy into that. What happens if you only succeed at the first two mentioned; go to high school then attend college. While in school, you get married; have children; graduate from college and then NO job. Does this mean you are a failure? Setting goals is the next step after you define success for yourself. Based on the goals set for yourself, you will then be able to determine the success of your achievements, make adjustments if necessary and keep moving. I can't help reflecting on all the times I have had to make the hard choice in life. To forgo the easy path and take the tough one. It's mind boggling and reassuring at the same time. At least I know with hindsight that it always works out.


The easy thing is usually the thing that's most comfortable, so we hang onto it. But that keeps us exactly where we are. It's what we know, even if it's not what we want. For that reason it's often frustrating. Because deep down we want something else, we just don't have the courage or strength to go for it. Just ask anyone who knows they should eat healthier, exercise more, or lose weight.They know it's in their best interest if they want to live a long, healthy life. But it's difficult. It's easier to keep doing what they've always done, even if they don't like the results. While I don't face this particular battle, I do face a similar one in my business life.
