Some examples of these foods are Chinese food Indian food casseroles and pasta salads. When you eat these unhealthy foods it is practically the same thing as eating more calories than is actually needed. It is said that each pizza slice can be up to nine hundred calories!

The point is that if you are not able to identify the number of calories in your food then you should reconsider consuming it. Consider making improvements in the foods you choose to eat. For example if you are about to eat some creamed corn consider eating corn on the cob instead. That has less calories. If you are thinking about eating pasta try reducing the amount of pasta in the bowl and mixing in some steamed vegetables. Instead of having some cheese sticks try eating some fish. Granola is a great food to eat but oatmeal is much wholesome and healthier - especially with a banana. Avoid drinking coffee as much as possible.

If you really have to drink coffee then skip the heavy creams and all the amenities that go with it. Skip the syrup and butter when fixing your pancakes. If you really need syrup try putting only a spoonful on it and spreading it around in a small thin layer. Consider eating and making home-made salsa. This will avoid the preservatives and extra ingredients companies put in there that might be unhealthy.
