Such a great point and click adventure. Great V/O, fun puzzles, strong plot. I had a blast. Thanks Backwoods.. Kind of like if Bill Plympton had designed Broken Sword. An engaging point and click adventure, perhaps a little familiar at times - plot and character-wise - but lots of neat puzzles, some cool applications of real-world solutions (caffenol is awesome!) and the art style is unique and attractive, so that and the evocative score and decent voice performances creates an overall atmosphere that's full of intrigue even if the story is a touch derivative and it lacks a central mystery as satisfy as completing the game's not-too-challenging puzzles.. Cool point-and-click adventure game. The puzzles are reasonably sane with respect to the plot. I had to look up a couple of answers, but the solutions turned out to be just items I'd missed rather than riduculously contrived setups. Good background art and generally great voice-acting (although who pronounces "solder" as "soder"?). I got a little sick of the low-frame character animations, since there is a lot of (slow) walking around required in thie game. I played this all the way through on Linux (Ubuntu 18.04) on a laptop with Intel graphics. No problems.. Unforeseen incidents is a gripping, well-paced adventure game. It follows a conspiracy plotline with a group of relative strangers trying to get to the bottom of a virus outbreak which is killing people. The music matches this dark theme and the plot generally is engrossing and full of twists. The graphic style is a bit more cartoonish, and there is frequent comedy dialogue. In particular, the character you play as is a bit of a Guybrush Threepwood style goofball. This only works sometimes, as comic relief. Other times it can feel jarring against the more serious tone of the plot. The puzzles are woven seamlessly into the gameplay, and they all feel fair. I really liked the game and puzzle design here. Nothing feels too much like moon-logic, and character reactions are consistent, which really helps you feel immersed in the world. Great stuff.. This is by far the best modern adventure game that I've played. The dialog and story are put together with such a clear vision and care, this is truly a masterpiece.. Full of character.. I've been waiting for this to be released since playing the demo, and it did not disappoint. The game has a good pace and the story is well told with the use of good voice acting, music and the odd cut scene. I really love the art style too. Some of the puzzles are very nicely designed, although hints seemed a little thin on the ground, or more cryptic than other similar games.. Whenever I start this game time just flies by. Such a lovely made point and click. Solve puzzles and uncover the secrets of an epidemic.. REALLY NICE GRAPHIC DESIGN. BUT REALLYSTORY AND BORING GAME I FF through most of the dialog Its just not funny or entertaining several Bugs in game and impossible sequence of sentences you need to select thats virtually impossible to know.. A really nice point and click adventure! The puzzles are really hard, like in the old times and the story is very catchy. Bought it because of the beautiful artwork. I'm really suprised that they got so amazing voiceactors (played in German). The only negativ thing i can say is that loadingtime between the rooms is sometimes really long and that is very annoying when you are struggling with one of the puzzles.
