Without them, our body will be very susceptible to infections, toxins and other dangerous complications.

The treatment usually starts from a change in lifestyle, meaning making changes to healthy lifestyle such as healthy diets, regular exercise and rest well.The purpose of changing to a healthy lifestyle is to keep your blood sugar levels under control. These problems include heart disease, strokes, kidney damage, nerve damage, eye disease, etc.
