2. Perform High intensity Interval Training

It has been scientifically proven that high intensity interval training is much more effective in burning fat and building muscle, than any other form of extended endurance cardio training i.e. walking or jogging for extended periods. The reason being that Interval training is a lot like weight training, as it takes your body a few days to recover from the extra strain that you put on your muscles, in this period your metabolism is raised and in turn helps shed fat much faster. You even burn fat while you are sleeping. A good example of High intensity Interval Training would be to perform hill sprints or sprints across a Field, walking back and then sprinting again, do this for about 20 mins 3 times a week and you will begin to see amazing results in a couple of weeks.
