The purpose of this study is to develop a measurement tool for the quality of
casino services through factor analysis techniques, taking into account the
uniqueness of casino business. 온라인바카라For the initial survey, we conducted a pilot
study to prepare a structured survey and surveyed customers at casinos located
in Gangwon-do, Seoul and Busan for the development of measurement tools. A
search factor analysis was conducted based on the survey. The casino service
quality measurement tool is based on the expectations of casino customers. To
begin with, a qualitative analysis of the quality of the casino service project
was attempted using the SERVQUAL service quality measurement tool developed by
PZB (1988) as the basis for developing casino service quality. For qualitative
analysis, the initial questionnaire was prepared by adding three targeted group
interviews to 10 experts in the existing SERVQUAL and casino businesses. Second,
reliability and feasibility were reviewed for the development of casino service

casinos were derived by conducting a survey on customers visiting casinos, with
six factors extracted. Factors of casino service quality can be summarized as 1)
attractiveness, 2) formability, 3) comfort, 4) certainty, 5) convenience and 6)
coherence. These six factors will enable the inspection of the results and
management of service quality and will enable the application of industry.
Regular inspection and management of measurement tools are required by measuring
the company's customer perception based on the quality of casino service based
on expectations of these customers.
