Today's custom deems that we eat three (3) times a day, in addition to binging between meals. Also, it determines we eat our heaviest meal at night before we go to bed. Well, it may be time for a change if we are to acquire a healthier "US." Somewhere, somehow we have managed to pervert or reverse the natural order of things. What we now eat for breakfast is what we should eat for dinner and what we eat for dinner is what we should eat for breakfast. Here's why-breakfast really means, "Breaking the fast" after sleeping throughout the night for eight or more hours. Hence, the body needs to be replenished after its work and rest and should be fed its most hearty meal at this time of the day. This will give our stomachs ample time to work at digesting adequately and never overworking-if only two (2) meals are eaten instead of three (3).

This may seem strange, but most people enjoy better health while only eating two meals per day. Hence, be sure to check with your doctor first, even though your aim is to attain an excellent appetite and improved health. In any case, if a third meal is needed, it should be "light." Finally, a paradigm shift is needed to feel and live healthier lives. Let us avoid eating between meals. Whenever we feel like binging, we should drink water instead (normally, we are not truly hungry; what the body is really asking for is water to drink, but probably we were never enlightened about this fact before).
