Heat clarified butter over medium high heat and saute onion until translucent, about 7-9 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in green beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and Lebanese spices. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Simmer until beans are tender, about 20-30 minutes or longer if you wish.

Place beef, green beans, onion and tomatoes in slow cooker. Stir in cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cook on High Heat for 4 hours or Low Heat for 8 hours. Serve over rice pilaf and a dollop of plain yogurt. Garnish with fresh parsley.
