Write down any and all the dreams you wanted to do. List them from the most important to the least. Make sure that they match up to your current values and beliefs. Thats one of the funny things about life as we move through life we will change and what we thought was important may not be now. If you still want to do it then make a plan to reach your dream. Then start taking action.

Get yourself physically fit. If you really want to live your life to its fullest then you should be in a fairly decent shape. You can start taking hikes or some other outdoor activity. This will help kick-start your journey to a highly active life for the rest of your life. If you are a Baby Boomer now is the time to really get in shape. Most boomers are in terrible physical condition and wont even approach their parents in an active lifestyle.
