We received a large number of users reported that SMOK NORD products purchased in DHgate were counterfeitproducts in recent days.After detailed investigations, we confirm that there are counterfeit SMOK products in DHgate. This act seriously damaged the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and our company. It is hereby declared as follows:

We will immediately start negotiations with DHgate, and strive to develop a solution to regulate fakes as soon as possible.Prior to this point, our company will terminate of SMOK brand distribution authorization of all businesses in DHgate;and DHgate will remove all the SMOK productsfrom their shelves.The sale time will be further notified and the authorization shall haven't effect until further notice.
