There is growing evidence that our Brain C-13 Review general insufficiency in intake of the Omega 3 fats affects our health in a wide range of areas. Whilst this study doesn't prove that increasing your intake of DHA will prevent Alzheimer's disease it certainly suggests that taking fish oil supplements may well have a role in helping reduce our risk of Alzheimers.

Of course you can always just eat more fish, however this is growing increasingly more expensive, and there are now issues of chemical contamination of fish, and this is even more so now that large amounts of chemicals have been released into the Gulf in an attempt disburse the oil from the recent oil spill.

There are now solid reasons for all of us, from an extremely young age right through to old age, to be taking fish oil in our diet, whether that be from the use of daily supplements, or from eating more fish.

Those benefits may well extend to improving your mental function, whether as a child or as an elderly person. Taking fish oil supplements has health benefits for us right throughout our life. Massages are known to relieve aches, soothe chronic musculoskeletal problems, and promote an overall sense of well-being. Why shouldn't massages be considered an ADHD natural treatment?
