⋆ I never knew I could like Scary Maze Game/bullet hell type stuff but I've come to the conclusion that pussicat pew pew gave me a better perspective on the genre. OOWOO
⋆ The mixture of music/visuals is so creepy yet so gorgeous and it's amazing!
⋆ It starts to get a bit less do-able once you pass the first boss though, it just means hey look there's more of a challenge, time to try your best
⋆ This is kind of my go-to quickie game at the moment and I'd definitely recommend it if this kind of aesthetic is up your alley.. Amazing game with beautiful game design and original music.
Everybody who is into this type of games, or like challenging games, or kittens- BUY IT NOW!. Exactly what the game's description says it's an insane and absurd game that takes inspiration from the internet culture.
Each level is like a canvas, full of weirdness and stylish details. They are chaotic and exploding with craziness or sometimes they can be calm and relaxing. Not to mention that each stage has it's own theme and soundtrack. You can easily tell that a lot of effort and love was put into this.

Regarding the gameplay and difficulty, I have mixed opinions but I'm still leaning more towards the positive side. Note that I bought it on the launch day and the game is still very fresh, which means that there are still some bugs and things to be improved in the future. But I decided to take my time with the game first before forming my opinion and how I feel about it.

I really like the concept and the challenge it offers, as well as mixing it with roguelike elements, it manages to sustain the feeling of discovery and surprises you with unexpected trials. Some levels will test your patience, others will require literally ''cat senses'' to react to things, as well as your accuracy will play a big role. If you have shaky hands or a tiny table that might complicate things for you quite a bit.

Difficulty wise, it will get easier with time, you just have to keep on practising and mastering the levels, but it can be very frustrating and tedious plus if you are lucky to get a perfect run and at the very end you suddenly receive a brand new level you've never seen before you might just burn off all your lives, because you couldn't see a pattern, and then have to redo everything from scratch again just to get another shot or end up in an unpleasant new level again. Either way it's a love/hate situation, and in my case it drained quite a lot of fun..

My final conclusion is that this game has a lot of potential, and it's something that is worth sinking hours into! I patiently waited for the release since the announcement back in april and I'm satisfied with how it turned out. Unique concept and originality are alone worth checking this game out!. If you played The World's Hardest Game.

If you played Just Shapes & Beats.

Game development is a journey full of challenges and hard decisions. The case of PUSS! is not an exception and there's another hard decision we have to make. When I posted news about delaying the game’s release two months ago, its production was freezed. Our developer had to leave the team because of personal reasons. We’d spent a lot of time finding a replacement and luckily we did.

But we’ve lost that time and still have a work to do to finish PUSS!. We're at the finish line, but can't let you down by releasing an unpolished game. It’s that situation when you have to choose the lesser of two evils.

PUSS! will be released on August 2.

I hope you'll understand this decision, it was hard to make.
