It is playing with your mental life.

So What I do when I get nasty thoughts I am too idle to prevent them! Think good. Our brain can only think one thing at a time. So when you allow nasty thoughts to enter,naturally sane thoughts exit. So force saner thoughts to your mind. It is your mind!!!.Nurture it. Feed some thing good into your mind. Imagine it as a super super computer. Don't feed viruses to your mind. Feed healthy thoughts. If they don't install, feed forcefully. If you can't get any good thought,then at least say to yourself-'I will think good thoughts' repeatedly.

One more technique I learnt to manage my stress is thinking in your mother tongue always keeps you at ease. Because as a child that is how you thought. So good experiences repeat. In our modern education system, we read and listen lot of english. It helps for your career. It is good. But to manage your stress, analyzing in a native language always helps you to see through the situation with more clarity.
