One of the best narrative based game. Simple yet interesting... Loved this Soundtrack. <3. A soundtrack that sadly sounds more significant within the context of the game...which it serves exceptionally well, so no complaints there. But a tad in-one-ear-and-out-the-other-ish, when listened to in isolation.

None of which is to say that I don't "like" it...it's just a bit of a poor man's Tangerine Dream. And trust me: I'm a HUGE Tangerine Dream fan. I certainly wouldn't go paying full price; but catch it on sale, and it's surely good value at a rather lengthy - perhaps TOO lengthy for its own good! - twenty-one tracks.

Verdict: 7\/10.

UPDATE: Okay, so I've listened to this soundtrack a wee bit more, and it's kinda grown on me. But only a little more. Let's up that Verdict a smidgen in accordance.

Cheers!). In my review for this game, I said that not only is Oxenfree different from the cliche plot it originates from, but it spits in the face of the plot it originates from. One reason is because of its amazing characters, artstyle, dialogue etc. And this also applies for the soundtrack. The songs perfectly fit whatever mood the game is currently in. Not only that, but they're really good to listen to. So if you love Oxenfree, then you'll love its OST.
