The true successes of any business are the personalities behind it; modify those personalities and you modify the business as well. If you change those people for the better the business will become better, if those personalities change for the worse so will the business.
When you go shopping there are many stores selling similar items, priced competitively with all the rest, but one store will outshine all the rest, do more business and product more profits and the reason for this will always be the people behind the business.
