Whereas a vegetarian/vegan diet slows down the growth of cancer cells. Vegetarian/vegan diet promotes a stronger immune system. Vegetarians/vegans in general tend to be healthier and less prone to falling ill. So here are 7 immediate benefits of being a vegetarian/vegan. If you care for your own health, think about switching, it is much easier than you think.

Make sure you are eating raw foods in each of your meals. I'm not telling you by any means to get a raw steak and start eating it. You need to make sure you have one raw food with every meal. For instance when you make breakfast or have a snack include some fruit. When you have dinner and lunch add some raw veggies such as carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes. I know steam vegetables are delicious but eating them raw will be much more beneficial to you at the end of the day.
