I know how much better I look and feel without that extra 130 pounds. Even with my chronic pains, the effort's well worth it. The pains are far less and I'm much healthier now.

Is there a magic formula to weight loss? I guess you are all expecting me to say "no" but I am going to say the exact opposite! There is a magic formula but before I give it, let me talk about a few other things. Many people want to lose weight fast. This is often precipitated by an upcoming important event (wedding, anniversary, Christmas) or but a realisation that the body is not as lean as it should be. Perhaps you have come into ill health and now want to stem the tide of disease and morbidity.
