Taking military "advice" from the ridiculous generalissimo, can you battle your way through this truly massive, content-packed military campaign? Plan your missions, deploy your forces, try not to fall off the sofa laughing!

You've plenty of units to play with, covering land, sea and airborne combat. Be warned though, these funny cartoon troops are not exactly the right stuff.

Playing as "Jenkins", the hard done to lieutenant, you will need to complete the Generalissimo's wide variety of mission orders - collect resources, assassinate enemy generals, invade territory, evacuate your forces, do a bit of enemy base ownage, etc.

40+ hours of campaign mode not enough? There is also unlimited skirmish play vs the AI for quick fixes, on a wide variety of custom maps.

And there's still more - Multiplayer. You can Pass & Play on your PC, or join our thriving online community, playing head to head at an asynchronous pace that suits you. Online play is cross-platform, so you can play and/or transfer your account to other supported platforms.

A very fun turn-based game. It's a simple enough story, blue against red, no real bioware-like writing, but the game is a lot of turn-based, unit building fun so if you like that, that's great. Unfortunatly, after a while it does get a little old, especially with no actual storyline or anything else to keep you invested and it goes on for 50 missions which may not seem much, but being a turn-based game it takes soooo long.. lame comedy .. poor controls .. too linear

This may be one of the worst games I have ever bought on steam, and somehow 9 out of 12 people like this game? The rating system on steam is loaded with fake reviews. Stay clear. While on the surface this game may appear simple, the way it uses it's
rock-paper-scissor mechanic adds so much to it's depth and competitive strategy.

The game has many many skirmish maps as well as a long story-based camaign.
The skirmish maps are balanced, whereas the campaign puts you in various positions that you have to work your way out of as well as easing you into the game so you can learn the units a few at a time.

There are a good variety of units, each with different strengths and weaknesses, to be used in different situations. Grunts, the standard infantry, are relatively cheap at $75. But should they come up agains a Sniper ($200) which has superior range, they can be one-shotted. Sending a Scout Tank ($100) could have the speed to get close enough to take out the Sniper, unless there's a Bazooka ($100) nearby, which could one-shot the Scout Tank.
There's such a complexity between all the units, divided into land, sea, and air; I could go on forever. Worth the $10.. Fun timesink. Fantastic game - and as you can see spent many hours of trial and error to complete.

What makes this game so great is it gets the basics right :-

- Simple to play and understand.

- Deep strategy that will keep you thinking.

In simple terms the game is like an extended rock/paper/scissors concept with units specializing against certain units. This is all transparently available at the time of purchase of new units.

Whilst the graphics are a little cartoonish they suit the game style perfectly.. Pretty good game actually, but stuck on a fakin hard mission. A very silly game that gets much more complex as you go along
