Seeing others progress also encourages them in staying in their fitness plan.

Boot camps generally burn fat effectively as the members are involved in much more interesting activities than running on a treadmill. It has been proven that running outdoors in the rough terrain is much more fat-burning than using a treadmill. Fitness camps conduct activities like team sports. It is just seems like a game to them. They tend to burn fat even without realizing they are. Competitive sports held by boot camps help the individual's competitive spirit grow and the aim of doing better than the others is more than enough for them to stick on to their fitness plan.

Campers tend to socialize with the other members. They get to meet more people with similar goals and can share their tips with each other. Unlike in a gym environment, where each person is working out concentrated on their goals, a boot camp provides an environment where people can make new friends who are working towards the same goal and can travel as a team. Camp members are generally made as teams of two, three or four grouped based upon the similarity of their goal. Each team works at its own pace towards their goal.
