To start, I will say that I do not usually play RPGMaker games, but I decided to give this one a try. As a captured officer, you start in a prison cell inside a large maze filled with monsters. As with most RPG's, you must mow down monster after monster in order to escape from the maze. First of all, this game is difficult. At least, I thought so, after continuously getting killed by any enemy I happened to walk by. The battle system is simple: you walk near the enemy, and you get damaged by them continuously until you swing your sword around enough to kill them. The difficult part is deciding which enemies you are able to kill now and which ones to kill once you level up or get more equipment. The controls for the xbox controller are somewhat strange and not rebindable, but this did not take away too much from the gameplay. Overall, I thought this game was pretty good, and its quite cheap, so I would recommend it.. Remeber this is a puzzle game. If you don't like puzzles this game is just not for you. As with any puzzles this game can be hard or easy depenind on your puzzle skills. Dying is a luxory in this game if you now how to navagate the maze. If you run into trouble just take another route and don't be afraid to backtrack. Forward is not the only option. Great price, nifty game.. Evil Maze is the most popular among games made by ZOV GAME STUDIO. Gentleman patch exists. Random dungeons and beautiful illustrations lure players to this game. To sums up in one sentence, Press F to win Gameplay The battle is not too good at all, all you need to do is to press f to fight and press qwer for the spell You will found that boss battle is too long since the boss got so much health, and you only deal a little It is best to play with the super save provided in the discussion, it can save your time But, it is fun to archive all the archivement! it is easy to archive all of them by looking the hint in the archivement pages CGs I think it is the only reason you want to play this game, you can even use the uncensor patch for nudity If you really love the character in this game, you might consider buying the DLC for extra CGs. And,one more! I found a bug when a try to save.it is look like the hp was changing when i try to save. well,i still love this game very much.What's more, this game is built in Chinese.. For a goofy, terribly-translated dungeon maze rpg, I actually rather enjoyed this more than I expected. Certainly for the $2 price tag. No particular replayability, but a fun playthrough for the price. It plays more like a puzzle game ala Adventures of Lolo or something rather than what you would expect of an RPG. It takes some trial and error to figure out which direction to go to progress. But it's fun to search for secrets and navigate your way through the maze.. Interesting premise, and the levels themselves aren't bad . but the whole game gets ridiculous at points. Difficulty curve is nearly nonexistant until the end as it's basically an RPG, and there are places you can get permanently stuck.. EvilMaze is the best dungeon crawler since Diablo 2 and the reason its better is diablo 2 is because it has the 2 things diablo 2 didntand slits. The best game you have never played.
