The Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Course is a training course which uses various psychological techniques to help individuals in overcoming stress and helping them to have better mental health. An individual who practices the courses will be able to gain better insight and motivation to lead their life in the right way. It is also beneficial to people who are looking for a career change.

According to the EQ Course, the importance of emotions is very vital. People lose their well-being when they do not have the proper knowledge on how to deal with the different emotions. A person who lives in a stable environment and has a proper routine helps a person to remain calm and happy. This is because individuals who live together with the same habits like eating together, talking together, watching television together etc.

To enhance the emotional intelligence, the EQ Course will help you to know about the different emotions such as sadness, happiness, anger, fear, anxiety, confusion, contentment, boredom, grief, and confidence. The EQ Course will also give you the opportunity to understand the four basic emotions of love, hate, trust, and contempt.

Dr. Elizabeth Munroe has conducted this training and she believes that it is very important to have the best in mind. Through her courses, people will be able to understand the different components of their mind which affects their mental abilities.

Many people are not comfortable with the concept of training. They believe that they do not have enough time or they do not have a strong enough will to perform. Therefore, this course is specifically made for people who have a strong will to improve their mental state.

The EQ Course teaches people to improve their cognitive abilities. You will be able to better understand the various techniques which will help you recognize your own personality and behavior.

The process of the EQ Course is made in such a way that it will not only help an individual to gain knowledge about emotions but also will help them to adjust to different situations. Individuals are able to get rid of depression, panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, paranoia, and social phobia.

The skills of EFT which are known as the Emotional Freedom Technique is used to calm down a person, and to help them to overcome the stress. Through EFT, the person will be able to release unwanted things from their body which will help them gain relaxation and joy.

The Emotional Freedom Technique is a very important process in the Emotional Intelligence Course. The combination of EFT and meditation will help a person to understand how stress is affecting their mind and how they can deal with the problems by controlling their minds.

Through EFT, a person will be able to learn how to de-stress themselves and to gain relaxation from all kinds of stresses that may come their way. It will also help a person to deal with their anxiety and panic attacks.

By knowing the methods of EFT, a person will be able to learn how to deal with problems like hypertension, high blood pressure, heart diseases, asthma, bipolar disorders, cancer, stress, depression, urinary tract infections, kidney problems, gall bladder problems, hypertension, asthma, and many other health conditions. This technique will also help a person to deal with chronic pain and muscle tension.

In the Emotional Intelligence Course, the EFT is part of the learning process. Through the study of EFT, a person will be able to deal with stress, anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, and depression.
